Do we need to bring a birthday cake?
Yes, families provide their own birthday cake.
Our team will organise the cake moment, sing Happy Birthday, cut and serve the cake to the children.
Do adults need to supervise?
Yes, parents supervise their children while our host supports the flow and experience.
How many guests can we have?
Up to 40 people including adults and children.
Can we decorate?
You won’t need to. The space is already beautifully styled, but you’re welcome to bring a small personalised items such as free standing balloons.
Can toddlers and older siblings join in the play?
Siblings are welcome but must be included in the total amount of guests.
Is food included in this package?
Yes kids food is included in this party.
Adults food can be added on at at additional price
Can we Purchase Coffees and cold drinks on the day?
Yes
Do we need to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes, our charm parties require a 50% non refundable deposit, as our stock is ordered specially for your event.
Is there a bond required?
Yes. A $150 bond is required for all party bookings.
The bond is fully refunded within 24 hours after your event, provided no damage has occurred to the venue or play equipment.
