Can we bring our own decorations?
Our studio is light, airy and intentionally not over-styled with overwhelming colours. We provide a professional balloon garland and select decorations as part of your party setup.
You are very welcome to bring a small number of free-standing decorations to personalise your event, wall attachments are not permitted.
What food is included for children?
All party packages include a children’s party food platter, which typically includes:

Seasonal fruit and vegetables

Cheese and crackers

Water and juice
-
If your child or guests have allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate where possible.
Do we need to bring a birthday cake?
Yes, families provide their own birthday cake.
Our team will organise the cake moment, sing Happy Birthday, cut and serve the cake to the children. There is no additional charge for this service.
What is included in the adult platters?
Our adult grazing platters are beautifully styled grazing platters designed for parents and caregivers to enjoy during the party.
Platters cater for:

10–12 adults (small) or

15–20 adults (large)
They include a selection of cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, vegetables, artisan bread, crackers, dips and sweet treats.
Is the play space included in the party?
Yes. All parties include play space time between activities, allowing children to enjoy free play alongside the structured party experience.
If you would like extended play space access, you can add an extra hour to your booking. This:

Includes a dedicated host supervising and assisting throughout
We do not offer venue hire on its own. All play space access is fully hosted and supervised by our team due to past damages.
Is there a bond required?
Yes. A $150 bond is required for all party bookings.
The bond is fully refunded within 24 hours after your event, provided no damage has occurred to the venue or play equipment.
