Terms & Conditions of Entry and Participation

By entering, booking, or participating in any session, workshop, party, or event at B.Curious Kids Creative Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Supervision

B.Curious Kids Creative Studio is a shared creative play space, not a childcare service.
Parents and guardians must remain on-site and are responsible for supervising their child or children at all times. Our team facilitates creative experiences but does not provide direct supervision or care.

2. Safety and Conduct

All children must use materials, equipment, and studio spaces safely and respectfully.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their child’s behaviour, actions, and interactions while in the studio.

B.Curious Kids Creative Studio reserves the right to ask any family to leave if behaviour poses a safety risk to others, the space, or materials.

3. Assumption of Risk and Liability

While reasonable care is taken to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, participation in creative play activities involves inherent risks.

By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your child’s participation and agree that B.Curious Kids Creative Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during your visit, except where required by law.

4. Health and Wellness

For the wellbeing of all families and staff, children and adults who are unwell must not attend the studio. This includes symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, or contagious illness.

5. Photography and Media

Photographs or video recordings may be taken during sessions for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes.
If you do not wish for you or your child to be included, please notify staff upon arrival.

6. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a credit, at the discretion of B.Curious Kids Creative Studio.
Cancellations made within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for credit or refund.

7. Agreement

By making a booking and attending the studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge your responsibility for your child’s supervision at all times during your visit.
