Perfect for kids who love to get hands-on, this package will provide a sweet adventure that will leave everyone smiling. What’s Included: 1. Each child will receive 3 freshly baked cupcakes to decorate. 2.They’ll each get 3 vibrant butter cream icings to make their cupcakes unique. - They’ll get to choose from an exciting array of lollies and toppings from the candy buffet. - And a special cupcake box so each child can take their masterpieces home. After all the cupcake decorating, there’s still time for a round of Pass the Parcel, ensuring everyone enjoys a special treat To ensure all your little guests leave with a full tummy, our party hosts will serve delicious kids' grazing boxes and refreshments. DON’T FORGET TO BRING A CAKE! Kids food includes: -Your choice of - Sandwiches (Fresh or toasted) Vegemite/Ham & cheese OR mini Sausage rolls & pies -Fairy bread -Fresh fruit -Cucumber & carrots slices -Crackers -Oreo cookie & Yoghurt tub -Water & juice *Dietary requirements can be catered for by request. And of course everyone receives a Party bag to take home Duration: 2 hours This party package is priced for 10 children $42 for each additional guest (MAX 15 Children) Adult platters, coffee & tea can be added on for an additional cost. Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit and Booking Confirmation - A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your preferred date and time will not be secured until the deposit is received. 2. Final Payment - The final invoice must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. - If payment is not made by the due date, a reminder will be sent. Failure to pay within 48 hours of the reminder will result in the cancellation of your booking. 3. Communication - All communication regarding bookings and scheduled events must be conducted via email at bcuriousadelaide@outlook.com 4. Damage to Property - The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the venue's property, furniture, appliances, or other items during the hire period. The hirer agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement. *Private venue hirers will be charged an $85 bond at the time of booking, if the space is not cleaned or packed up how it was on arrival, or any damage is caused during their hire, the bond will not be refunded! 5. Punctuality - Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the activities being cut short to ensure timing for the following parties is to schedule. 6. Changes to Party Packages - Any changes to the party package, including adjustments to guest numbers, add-ons, or package type, must be finalised at least 7 days before the event. Changes after this period may not be accommodated. 7. Rescheduling or Cancellation - Rescheduling or cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before the event. - Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoice. - Cancellations made with 7 days or less notice will require payment of 100% of the invoice (no refunds). 8. Public Holiday Surcharge - Events scheduled on public holidays, Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day will incur a 20% surcharge. These terms and conditions ensure smooth operations and clarity for all bookings. By signing the booking form, you agree to abide by these terms.
