A day they'll talk about all the way home.
The holidays are long. Your patience isn't.
The new toys from Christmas lasted an afternoon. Now it's on repeat, every hour.
You said "just one more episode" three episodes ago, and you feel bad about it.
Trying to answer emails while being asked for a snack every eight minutes.
Them, the siblings, you. Nobody's at their best after too many days stuck at home.
It's not you. Six weeks is a long time. Give them three hours that are planned, so you don't have to.
Busy hands, calm minds, three hours at a time
The morning and afternoon are two separate small groups, and both run the same way with a new project every day. Drop-off and pick-up times are firm: doors open at 9am and 12:30pm, no earlier, while we set up for each group.

Before you book
What ages is it for?
Children aged 5 to 10. Activities are pitched for school-age kids, and the group is capped at 15 with two staff.
Is it drop-off?
Yes. Mornings are drop-off 9am (no earlier), pick-up 12pm sharp. Afternoons are drop-off 12:30pm (no earlier), pick-up 3:30pm sharp. Sign your child in at the start and out at the end. Only you, or someone you've named on your booking, can collect them. Please bring photo ID if it's someone we haven't met.
What are the session times?
Mornings run 9am to 12pm and afternoons 12:30pm to 3:30pm. Both sessions follow the same plan with the same project, so pick whichever suits your day.
Can they come to the morning and the afternoon?
Not on the same day. The morning and afternoon are two separate small groups, so each child comes to one session a day. You can mix and match across the holidays, mornings on some days and afternoons on others.
What do they do in a session?
A mix of puzzles, group games, painting and a creative project, with a quiet zone for reading and calm time. Every day is different, so it's fun to come to all of them.
What food is provided?
Every session includes our snack platter: fruit, cheese and crackers, and fairy bread. Please pack a small lunch box and a water bottle, and keep it nut-free. Tell us about any allergies when you book.
How much is it?
$45 per child for each session, with the snack platter and all materials included. Book as many or as few sessions as you like. Book every morning, or every afternoon, of the holidays and each session drops to $40: $480 for all 12, saving $60 per child.
My child is shy. Will they be OK?
Small groups make a big difference. Our team welcomes every child at the door, pairs new kids up for the first game, and the quiet zone is always there if they need a moment.
Can I get the Child Care Subsidy?
No. Holiday Club is a creative activity program, not an approved childcare service, so CCS doesn't apply. That's part of why we keep the price low.
What if my child is sick?
Please keep them home and let us know before 8am. See the cancellation terms below for credits.
Where are you?
96 Tapleys Hill Road, Royal Park, in Adelaide's west, with plenty of parking for drop-off.
Holiday Club terms
1. Drop-off and collection
Holiday Club is a drop-off program for children aged 5 to 10, with a morning session (drop-off from 9am, no earlier, pick-up 12pm sharp) and an afternoon session (drop-off from 12:30pm, no earlier, pick-up 3:30pm sharp). Morning and afternoon are separate groups, and each child attends one session a day. A parent or carer must sign each child in and out. We will only release a child to a parent or a person named on the booking, and may ask for photo ID. Pick-up times are firm. If you're running late, please call 0402 457 203.
2. Food and allergies
Please send a small nut-free lunch box and a named water bottle. A snack platter (fruit, cheese and crackers, fairy bread) is provided every session. You must tell us about every allergy and medical need when booking. Any medication must be handed to staff at sign-in with written instructions.
3. Health
Children who are unwell (including fever, vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 24 hours) must stay home. If your child becomes unwell during the day, we'll call you to collect them.
4. Behaviour
We keep Club kind and safe for everyone. If a child's behaviour repeatedly puts themselves or others at risk, we'll call you to collect them early.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancel 7 or more days before a session and we'll move your child to another session or give you a credit. With less than 7 days' notice the session is non-refundable. If we have to cancel a session, you'll get a full refund for it.
6. Photos
We only photograph children whose parents have said yes at booking, and never share full names.
7. Our studio terms
Our general Terms and Conditions apply too, except that during Holiday Club our team supervises the children in our care.
Max 15 kids a session. When it's full, it's full.
Small groups are the whole point, so spots are limited. Lock in their sessions now and enjoy a calmer summer.
