This is not a noisy, chaotic play café. Our Creative Messy Play Sessions are slow-paced, sensory-rich and intentionally designed to help children feel safe, confident and curious. Kids roam freely, explore at their own pace and engage in creative activities without pressure. Parents stay close, enjoy a coffee and watch their child open up in a calm, nurturing environment.

Sabrina is the founder of B.Curious Kids Creative Studio, Adelaide's most loved kids party venue and creative play space, nestled in Royal Park. B.Curious was born from a simple but deeply held belief: that children grow best when they feel safe, calm and inspired, and that parents deserve to actually enjoy these moments too.
Sabrina knows firsthand how hard it is to find a space that truly gets it. A place where kids can play freely, learn, imagine and get gloriously messy, while parents actually get to sit back, sip a coffee and breathe. Most spaces are too loud, too chaotic, or too hands-on for parents who just need a moment. She couldn't find what she was looking for, so she built it herself.
From the soft lighting and carefully curated sensory stations, to the warm, unhurried atmosphere, every detail of B.Curious was designed with intention. What started as boutique messy play sessions for toddlers has grown into a full creative studio offering daily play sessions for children aged 1-5, beautifully hosted birthday parties for ages 1-12, and school holiday workshops, all carrying the same heart: calm, creative, magical experiences for children and their families.
B.Curious isn't just a studio. It's the space Sabrina always wished existed, and now, hundreds of Adelaide families call it their favourite place to be.

Absolutely. Slime, Play Space and Craft parties are huge with boys, and our Boutique Craft Party is the fully theme-able one: dinosaurs, superheroes, space, sports, pirates, science, whatever your child loves. Sabrina has hosted as many adventure parties as fairy ones.
Most popular dates fill 4–6 weeks ahead. For milestone birthdays and weekends, we recommend reserving 6–8 weeks in advance.
Every party includes 2 hours of full studio hire, kids party food platters (fairy bread, mini hotdogs or toasted sandwiches, sausage rolls, chicken nuggets, a grazing platter with seasonal fruit, vegetables and snacks, Oreos, plus water and juice), party bags, a birthday child gift, balloon garland, complete setup and cleanup, and hosting. Premium packages include themed activities specific to that experience.
Most packages cater for up to 8 children. You can add extra children at the per-child rate listed on each package.
A 10% non-refundable deposit secures your date for most packages (Charm & Sip Signature requires 50%). The final balance is due 7 days before your party. Rescheduling or cancelling is free up to 14 days before; within 14 days, 50% of the total applies; within 7 days, the full amount is due.

Yes, Creative Messy Play sessions are not drop-off. Parents stay, enjoy a coffee, and our facilitators support the flow. It's designed to be a calm shared morning.

By entering, booking, or participating in any event at B.Curious Kids Creative Studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
B.Curious Kids Creative Studio is a shared creative play space, not a childcare service. Parents and guardians must remain on-site and are responsible for supervising their child or children at all times. Our team facilitates creative experiences but does not provide direct supervision or care.
All children must use materials, equipment, and studio spaces safely and respectfully. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their child's behaviour, actions, and interactions while in the studio. B.Curious Kids Creative Studio reserves the right to ask any family to leave if behaviour poses a safety risk to others, the space, or materials.
While reasonable care is taken to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, participation in creative play activities involves inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your child's participation and agree that B.Curious Kids Creative Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during your visit, except where required by law.
For the wellbeing of all families and staff, children and adults who are unwell must not attend the studio. This includes symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, or contagious illness.
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during sessions for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. If you do not wish for you or your child to be included, please notify staff upon arrival.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit and Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your preferred date and time will not be secured until the deposit is received.
Final Payment: The final invoice must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. If payment is not made by the due date, a reminder will be sent. Failure to pay within 48 hours of the reminder will result in the cancellation of your booking.
Rescheduling or Cancellation: Rescheduling or cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoice. Cancellations made with 7 days or less notice will require payment of 100% of the invoice (no refunds).
By making a booking and attending the studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge your responsibility for your child's supervision at all times during your visit.
